Three times in her career LeShanda has been handed employee relations work that lived in inboxes, spreadsheets, and individual judgment, and turned it into a function: standing up ER from the ground up at a major technology platform, centralizing HR advisory services inside a major bank, and leading high volume, international ER teams for a top five staffing firm.
Each time, the work did not stop at the cases. She connected the function to the systems that run it, the leaves and accommodations work that sits beside it, the managers who create most of the volume, and the executive decisions the data should inform.
