LeShanda Miller Davis is a senior People executive, advisor and certified coach with nearly two decades of experience leading Employee Relations, People Operations, HR systems and workforce strategy across complex organizations.
Her work sits at the intersection of people, leadership, technology and organizational performance.
She has led teams and enterprise People initiatives across organizations including Guild, Meta, Bank of America, First Citizens, Western Digital SanDisk and Aerotek. Most recently she served as Senior Director of Employee Relations, People Systems and Operations at Guild.
Throughout her career, LeShanda has advised leaders through complex employee matters, organizational change, HR transformation, leadership challenges and workforce decisions.
